Crystal Motel - Red Bluff

Having had to evacuate from the Camp Fire, my mom (78 yrs), sister and I had no where to go. I found Crystal Motel online and Teri was kind enough to save the last two rooms for us. Since it was affordable and everyone was so kind to us, we stayed for about 5 days. They were a light at the worst time of our lives. I want to thank all the wonderful people who were there for us. We made it safely to Spokane and are dealing with the loss of our home surrounded by people we love. Thanks again......your friend always, Joan Walters (116)

Wow! The rooms have been up graded, the bathrooms have new tile very clean! Nice furniture, appliances all work well. It's quiet and worth checking out! I'd definitely stay again. Deserves a new evaluation on it's reputation.

My family and I moved in to the Crystal Motel in may of 2016. This motel has grown on us. What was just a temporary fix for a not so great situation, has evolved into very comfortable.There is free cable TV free towels wash clothes and yes sheets changed daily upon request. Quiet time is between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The managers our a very nice couple they are dedicated to bringing order into this area

Rooms or kitchenettes by the day or week. New owners as of January are remodeling rooms with fresh paint, new flooring & nice furnishings. Clean rooms, quiet, no bugs. There are no unwanted people hanging around, no drugs including medicinal maraijuana allowed on the grounds. The owners are friendly & welcoming. Handicapped parking & entrance.

Odds are if you're checking this hotel you're either looking for something cheap or looking for an American road motel experience. Right? Either way, you win. The rooms are older, adequate, clean, and everything works. The price is right. The refrigerator was cold enough to slush my soda. The ice machine is the old open door and take what you need sort. Our air conditioner was capable of making the room too cold on a very hot day. Then again, what if you're after the road hotel experience? You'll get that too. The folks that run it are friendly and accommodating, but not in a reflexive corporate scripty way: they mean it. And since there are some longer term customers, there's actually something of a little culture you'll be on the fringes of should you care to hang out. If not, everyone seemed pretty nice and thoughtful anyway. A polite slice of life, and you can have as much of the pie as you like. It ain't the Ritz, but it's just fine. Four stars for being good at being itself; can't give it five only because it's not Super Top Notch. And if you expected that at these prices, well, what can I say?

In the room I'm in(101), Small size tv and room are on the smaller side. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is pink, which is fine. A/C is working fine. the temp outside is like 90 degrees. Don't see any roaches or bed bugs yet. Will edit by morning if there is an issue. Older style decor. But good enough for the 1 night my boss booked for me. Service during check-in was great.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The new owners are an amazing family and have completely renovated this entire complex of office/business spaces as well as the motel itself. Don't let past reviews and/or owners keep yowu from staying here. They rent not only nightly, but weekly and monthly and have the best rates of any other comparable places within 100 miles.

Great people here, all the staff I've met have been wonderful. They offer weekly and monthly rates and are very affordable. People have always told me to stay away from here, but I cannot see why. I would recommend the Crystal Motel in Red Bluff to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and safe place to stay on Main St. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff!
